During my recent stay at Guest House En in Nara, I was pleasantly surprised by the blend of comfort and historical charm this guest house offered. Nestled in the serene streets of Naramachi, it provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Nara's rich cultural heritage. The owner was exceptionally welcoming, taking great care to ensure the guest house was spotless and ready for our arrival, which added a personal touch to the experience. The facilities were fantastic, especially the shared kitchen area; it was well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and complimentary tea and coffee-a thoughtful feature for weary travelers. My companion and I enjoyed our air-conditioned room, which was impeccably clean, adorned with fresh linens and towels. With popular sites like Nara Park and Kofuku-ji just a short walk away, we found the location ideal for discovering the city's historical treasures. I would gladly return to this gem on our next visit.
